Unity Through Futsal: An Iranian Mixed-Gender Tournament
Terms & Conditions:

1. Registration & Fees:

Entry Fee: $52 per player

Registration Deadline is March 15th, 2025
Registration is not permitted after the deadline

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

No refunds after registration, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.

If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure), all fees will be fully refunded.

3. Cancellation Procedure:

No cancellation for a team.

If individual players cancel before teaming up, they will receive a 60% refund.

Once a player has been assigned to a team, no refund will be issued.

4. Game Format & Rules

Game Format: 5v5

Duration: Two halves of 10 minutes each

Equipment Requirements:

Proper indoor soccer shoes

Shin guards

Matching shirts and shorts for all team members

Behavioral Expectations:

Players must show sportsmanship and mutual respect.

No fighting or aggressive behavior.

All referee decisions must be accepted without debate.

Consequences for Rule Violations:

First offense: Temporary removal from the game (2 minutes).

Second offense: Ejection from the current game.

Third offense: Disqualification from the tournament.

5. Liability & Insurance

Injury Liability: Participants acknowledge and assume the risks associated with playing futsal. The organizer is not responsible for any injuries sustained during the event.

Insurance: The event provides coverage for participants up to $2 million in liability protection.

Emergency Medical Procedures: Certified physicians will be available on-site.

6. Media & Privacy Policy

Photography: Allowed for personal use.

Video Recording: Not permitted by participants or spectators.

Use of Participant Data: Contact information will be used solely for event-related communication and notifications about future tournaments.

Social Media Sharing: Only the event organizer has the right to share event-related content on social media platforms.

7. General Policies

Alcohol & Drug Policy: The use of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited at the event.

Spectator Rules: All attendees must adhere to the code of conduct and respect players, referees, and staff.

Force Majeure: If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, all registration fees will be fully refunded.

By registering for the Unity Through Futsal tournament, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in disqualification without refund.
